Our personal certified chef prepares exceptionally healthy, delicious, gourmet homemade meals in our kitchen daily. We source only the freshest local ingredients to create a rotating menu of over 175 nutritious, satisfying meals. When in season we will harvest and prepare our own garden vegetables and fruits.

Smoked salmon, dill. gruyere, and leeks based with eggs in a flaky piecrust
Fall Salad
Sweet potato, broccoli, red onion, dried cranberries, glazed pecans, and goat cheese over spinach and spring mix greens with poppy seed dressing.
Apple Sage Pork Roast
Pork tenderloin sautéed with apples, sage, rosemary, and dijon mustard. Served with roasted sweet potatoes and collard greens with bacon.
French Toast Casserole
Sautéed apples baked with cinnamon French toast until golden brown, sprinkled with powdered sugar and served with fresh seasonal fruit
